Our hybrid training is designed to enable teachers to build their capacity, apply what they learn, and share resources within their networks.
Collaborative Expansion: We partner with local training providers to bring our teacher training program to new districts, integrating seamlessly with local educational goals
Structured Orientation: Teachers begin with an online orientation and are paired with mentors, ensuring they are fully supported throughout the program.
Focused Training: Participants engage in 48 hours of hybrid (online and offline) training (Diklat Berjenjang), centred on child-focused and play-based pedagogy, to enhance their teaching practices.
Hands-On Experience: Teachers apply their knowledge in the Tugas Mandiri, a 300-hour capstone project that actively involves the community. They engage in a 3-month Continuous Professional Development program.
Program Certification: Upon successfully completing the entire program, teachers receive certification, empowering them to lead early childhood classrooms and make a lasting impact.

After a long wait, I finally had the opportunity to join this training. Despite holding an S1 degree, my background wasn't in Early Childhood Education. At Al Muchtar Playgroup, play has always been a key part of learning, yet we often questioned if our methods were effective. The training was a revelation—confirming that a child’s world truly revolves around play. This insight inspired us to transform our learning activities, making them even more playful and significantly reducing our reliance on worksheets.
