STEP 2:
INTERVIEW WITH US
Once we receive your application, we will schedule a time and date to meet with you at Ishk Skills Hub so we can get to know you better
STEP 3:
START
SOFT SKILLS TRAINING
If we find you suitable for our program, you will be enrolled to begin your training in leadership and personal effectiveness
STEP 4:
COMPLETE
VOCATIONAL TRAINING
Once you complete Soft Skills training, you are ready to begin training in your chosen skill with our partner institutes
STEP 5:
MATCH
AS AN INTERN
After you complete vocational training, you will be placed at an internship for 3 months to receive on-the-job training
STEP 6:
ACCESS ALUMNI

Being a part of the program was a big opportunity for me. The hands-on practical training I had in domestic and industrial installation, gave me an edge on the field.
Among the numerous things I love about the program, apart from finding internship and job opportunities (which is how I got my job), is the sense of security I always get from the follow-up, the mentoring, and the alumni engagement programs. With Ishk behind me, I will never commit career suicide because they are always there for me and ready to listen.
In the not so far future. I aspire to be an entrepreneur, a force to be reckoned with in the automation industry, and to inspire girls in secondary schools to pick up a career in engineering. Thank you Ishk for believing in me, for impacting my life and for making my life better.
